Ann Y. Frost
Ann Y. Frost is an independent contractor specializing in organizational development, particularly as it relates to: leadership, teamwork, and communications training.. Her mission is to “support and develop your organization by supporting and developing your people.”
Until she retired in August, 2011, Ann spent 14 years in the nonprofit environment serving as Assistant Director and Grants Manager of the SSJ Charitable Fund [Parkersburg, WV]. During those years, part of her responsibilities included providing technical assistance to applicants, grantees, and others in the nonprofit community on topics related to organizational capacity building. Ann quickly developed a passion and enthusiasm for this type of work, which she continues today through her work as an independent contractor and as part of the training team at WVU-Parkersburg / Workforce and Economic Development.
She and her husband, Jack [yes, that would be Jack Frost] live in Union, Kentucky. Their three children are grown and live out of state with their families. When Ann is not doting on her five grandchildren, she and Jack fill their empty nest with travel, golf, and a monumental home improvement project
