Accomplished over a series of meetings, AI focuses on the positive and using each team member's strengths, groups achieve major milestones with long-lasting, on-the-job impact. Pricing: 3 full day series, maximum 20 participants, $4,800. Series can be spread out over a 3 month period.

The 12 month mentor program includes mentor recruiting and training, mentee preparation, and guided professional development over the course of the program. Mentors and mentees will have enriched perspectives, deeper professional relationships, and an opportunity to make a life-long difference. Pricing: minimum group size is 20 (10 mentors/10 mentees), $10,000 for a one year program.
